We strongly encourage every student in the youth ministry to be part of a discipleship band (think "band of brothers," not "rock band").  A band is a group of 3-4 students of the same gender who meet weekly to engage in transformational questions and to pray for one another.  Bands may choose to meet virtually or in person, or some combination of both.  The purpose of bands is to foster relationships among students for deep accountability and authenticity - a place where iron can truly sharpen iron.
