Terry is married to his best friend and soul mate Becky, who co-parents their three children and co-grandparents six grandchildren.  Terry is deeply committed to the spiritual formation of the spiritual family at Irving Church, and in his free time he enjoys reading, writing, golfing and watching the Cowboys and the Mavs.​
